Your histogram is great for this image so any adjustments I do in levels and curves is minor in impact. That leaves only the &quot;problem&quot; of the backdrop. I can't use that same technique on that backdrop because it is not lit enough and there are too many shadows.

I can see that your light is coming from camera right at an angle and that is beautiful modeling light for your subject, but it is stinking for your backdrop! My only suggestion would be to try to flatten the backdrop (pull it taught) as much as you can to eliminate those shadows. Also, try useing a reflector camera left to bounce light back ONTO the backdrop on that left side (left as I am looking at the picture).
