Project - Seasonal Layouts : Halloween 07

Halloween last year was so much fun for our family! Our kids were at such a fun age and were so excited to go out and to celebrate all night long! We had a blast! Hudson was Jack Sparrow and Madisyn was Elizabeth from the movie Pirates of the Caribean. We got lots of fun photos from the night so I wanted to capture it all on one page instead of making numerous pages for the holiday.

I created the collage of photos in Adobe Photoshop, printed them and added them to my page. I cut numerous thin strips of green, orange and red cardstock, old book paper and the Bo Bunny Coffee Dot paper and glued them all to a piece of cardstock. I then cut it down to size and added to the page on the right. I also cut a small piece to go under the bingo card on the left.

I punched out a bunch of different colored and sized circles and embossed them with different designs. I popped some of them with pop-dots to add dimension.

In the upper left hand corner of the page, I stamped a few cobwebs (Hero Arts clear stamp) with Versamark ink and then embossed them with clear embossing powder. I think it added a subtle, yet fun ‘Halloween’ touch to the page.

Scattered some gems (I love those Hero Arts gems - use them on everything!!) around the page as well. What a fun holiday! I can't wait to do it all again this year! :)

Thanks for looking!
