I wanted to create a ‘fall’ project for my home and when I received the November kit at Studio Calico - I fell in love with the wood feather veneers. I took items from the kit and embellished each feather - vellum, washi tape, stamping, etc. It was fun just playing with different items from the kit and creating different feathers! I backed the shadow box with the wood looking paper from the kit.
