A page documenting the past few months with a little advice for my kiddlings. Journaling reads: These past few months have been filled with heartbreak, fear, & pain. My world crashed when Grandma Carole died but I had little time to grieve. Within the week, Bek had a seizure, I cradled Kaleb before emergency surgery, and Nate was admitted to a hospital 2,000 miles from home. We had just pulled in the driveway when we got the call. Grandpa Powles had fallen and wasn't expected to survive the night. We've battled Moosey's MRSA and waited anxiously for Bek's tests to rule out Leukemia, Mono, and Lupus. We've casted wrists and ankles, removed tonsils and adenoids. Each by itself would have been difficult but piled upon each other, they seemed insurmountable. It is during these times you make a choice. You can wallow in your heartache or you can praise Him through the storm. Sing, baby, sing! Inspired by Imanisasa. TFL!
