The base of this album is made from cardboard! I had some left over ‘we’re moving' announcements (very cute-printed on the cardboard was the message:'we're living out of boxes'). Well, We moved 4 years ago—hello, pack rat. I cut up these pieces of cardboard to create the pages of the album. On each page, I attached a piece of patterned paper (edges inked, of course!) Then I added a photo and a simple embellishment. Between the pages, I sandwiched in a tag of some sort so I could write the journaling (simple facts, actually) about the photo. I wanted my album to have things sticking out, and little interesting doo-dads throughout.
