<p>In color theory, two colors are called <i>complementary</i> if, when mixed in the proper proportion, they produce a neutral color (grey, white, or black).</p>
<p>I tell my students, "They live across the street from one another on the color wheel."</p>
<p>Two such colors are red and green. For this page, I used a background of neutral colors, then added a couple little dabs of the complementary colors red and green. I pulled out my teeny circle alpha stamps--I forgot how much I love these little stamps! The top border is an edge cut from a K I Memories sheer, the bottom strip of red polka dot paper is 7 Gypsies.</p>
