This card is for Play Date Cafe Challenge #51, Card Patterns #86 and for Stamping Month 1 (I've been itching to use my new Hero Arts music stamp). I loved both the soft colour combo and the sketch with the three rectangular panels. I embossed the music stamp on glossy paper and sponged Adirondack and Distress Inks on top. It took some blending to get the right shades of the colours. The mini-green one is Distress Ink Bundled Sage and Adirondack Pool, the light blue one is Distress Ink Stormy Sky and Adirondack Stonewashed, and the beige is Distress Ink Antique Linen and Brushed Corduroy. I mixed the same colours on my craft sheet with a bit of water and used them to colour the image. The white areas of the image were coloured with Perfect Pearls, the sky with Stormy Sky and Perfect Pearls and the ground with Pumice Stone. I dyed the lace with Brushed Corduroy and used water to make it lighter until it was the same shade as the beige panel. TFL!!
