Love this layout! I'm a cyclist too - and I agree with your journaling. Nothing beats a bike ride. Thanks so much for sharing. I'm going to have to scraplift this one! ;)
Fun fun lo!! I love the stamped paper to start, and then I love how you simulated the roads with the arrows and the yellow ribbon. Your title letters look amazing! What a fun challenge!!
Love, Love, Love this page!!! Your use of that bicycle stamp is perfect!
Wow - I can't believe how wonderful that stamped background turned out. The whole layout is fantastic, the round accents, banner and amazing work on doing the title . Your work is always just wonderul.
This layout is so fantastic, and the title is over-the-top amazing! I have never seen that technique before, and I am truly intrigued...
I am your newest fan!
I always love what you do with stamps on your layouts and this one is no exception. I also love the wheel embellishments and the metal letters.

Here's my layout for the How Much Is Too Much challenge #171 (Build a bike). The challenge is to do use, your favorite color(s), 2 circles for wheels, 2 pictures, 3 or more metal embellishments, ribbon for handlebar streamers, a flag or pennant, something shiny for the reflectors, and an image of a bike somewhere on your page. Check out what the team did on the blog at http://hmitm.blogspot.com [hmitm.blogspot.com] . I hope you will play along with us!
I love my bike, so I had lots of fun making a bike-themed layout. All the different things we needed to use were so much fun. I don't really have favorite colours, so instead I used some of the colours I like (kraft paper, green, yellow and bits of red). For the circles I used Scrapwork Hugz and placed a patterned paper circle looking like a wheel in the middle. I used a bike charm, three screw eyelets for the metals and a dog tag, a ribbon looking like a bike road with a mid-line and made a banner. The title letters were made with a faux-metallic technique, using UTEE and silver embossing powder and stamping into the warm powder for texture. I also silver embossed a line as a road at the bottom of the layout. The background was stamped with two different bicycle stamps. I also used Stazon to stamp on the photos. Thank you for this fun challenge Debbie!
