Fantastic card!

Hi, Anna-Karin! Terrific card with a lovely vintage feel! I especially like your grungeboard frame with the crackle paint - and the way it spotlights different pieces from your collage stamp! :-)

this is fantastic!

Great job! I love the layout and the stamp.

This is wonderful, Anna-Karin! So inspiring!

I am in love with this card. It is an inspiration piece. I agree this challenge has certainly made me look at my stamps differently. I have enjoyed each piece that has been done for this challenge.

I think the circles are my favorite type.

Thanks so much for sharing and for sharing the details of how you did this.

Wow and Wow again

Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking

This card is for Daria's ‘I Fall Too Pieces’ WSW11 challenge, to take a stamp and just use parts of it on the card. This makes you look in a different way on your stamps. I used a collage type stamp, clear embossed it on watercolour paper twice, coloured with Twinkling H2Os and then used four parts of it. The frame is cut from a negative sheet of grungeboard, painted with Milled Lavender Crackle Paint and then rubbed with two colours Liquid Pearls (Plum, Raisin). The background is dry embossed and sanded Core'dinations cardstock and canvas stamped with a text stamp. The card was inspired by this week's Play Date Cafe colour combo. TFL!!

Supplies: Paperbag Studios stamp; Reprint script stamp and pearls; grungeboard negative; Milled Lavender crackle paint; Adirondack Dimensional Pearls Raisin and Plum; Twinkling H2Os; Memento Plum ink; canvas; lace trim.
