Your quilling work is beautiful!
Oh, wow, these are gorgesous! I have never tried quilling, so this could be a definite challenge for me.
I love your work - the quilling adds a whole new look. Can't wait to do this challenge.
Wow.... stunning work.
Anna-Karin, these are such wonderful samples of combining quilling with stamping. You do such beautiful work. Those are such cute photos of you and Anton. The flower spray on the layout combines boldness and delicacy--very beautiful.
Hi, Anna-Karin! Such terrific examples! I think you've come up with the highest and best use for the Bold Flourish stamp - as a backdrop for your quilling! So nice! :-)
Project - WF12 Quilling + Stamping Challenge samples

Here are three sample projects for my Winterfest 2012 challenge to combine quilling and stamping. I picked out three previous projects I made which combine quilling and stamping, a card, an framed piece and a layout. The three projects use quite a wide variety of quilling techniques.
The first one is a quilled dimensional garden in a globe frame (packaging from a die cut), on a stamped and inked background.
The second one is a layout where stamped flourishes are embellished with quilling and rolled flowers.
The same flourish stamp is used in the third project, a card with fringed flowers - one of the most popular types of quilled flowers.
All these projects are already posted in my gallery and you can find more information about them there (including supply lists). I have also posted them on my blog: http://layersofink.blogspot.com/2012/02/lots-of-quilling.html [layersofink.blogspot.com]
Thank you for looking! I hope you will play along in my Winterfest challenge!!
