Project - An Echo Park Dots & Stripes Sailing Layout by Mendi Yoshikawa posted 09/18/12 at 11:52 AM Galleries: Scrapbooking This is a layout I made mixing the paper from both the Candy Shoppe and Metropolitan Dots and Stripes collections by Echo Park and a great sketch by Valerie Salmon. I cut the circle, the word “girl” and the sailboat all out on my Silhouette. The word “surf” are American Crafts Thickers and the waves were created with a Martha Stewart border punch.
