Thank you so much !!! I have been looking for something like this for the longest time !! I have started to collect things for a studio. I have 2 back drops & 1 octagon light. But I've REALLY been struggling with how the light turns out in my photos, they are always to dark. I'm going to look for some of those bee lights to see if they can help. Thanks so much for trying to help those who are trying so hard to learn !!1 Tina

Toni. . . I am new here but LOVING your work. Do you mind my asking what kind of backdrop stand/system you have?

Thank you, thank you! I am so going to check it out at Home Depot. I have been looking for just the right shade and I think this will be perfect. The rest of my house has color overkill, but I need something more subdued, but still warm and nice. Thanks for getting back to me.

Toni, Thanks for sharing. It gives me something else to dream about. For now, still only brave enough to use natural light.

I finally took some pictures of my studio for everyone to see. Its nothing spectacular, but works just fine for me. I have a “new” home based photography business and the studio is in the basement of my house. You cant see the whole studio in the pictures, but another day, I will post some more. It was hard to get some pics of the black set up but you get the picture. I just use a reflector on the left side. I have one 800 and 2-400 alien bee lights. I have an octabox over my main light. I still need a fill light. I use a reflector for now. I use a white board for the floor of my high key. You can get these at Home Depot for about 20 bucks. They are so worth buying since they save your paper. Oh, I use savage paper rolls for the white and muslin for my black and brown backdrops. www.bhphoto.com is great for backdrops. Hope Im not leaving anything out. tfl… Toni
