I made this by cutting down a plexi-glass into a 3“x4.5” piece and punched a hole in the top with my crop-a-dile. The embellishments are attached with vellum glue so you can't see the adhesive through the back. To attach the book plate, I used the trusty crop-a-dile to punch the holes to insert the brads.
