Project - Just Hatched

It took 2 days to make the egg. I used white glue watered down. You could use a hair dryer to speed up the process. Because I used white paper towels instead of paper, didn't need to paint it after.

How long did it take for you to make the egg and how long did it take to dry? I would love to use this in a photo shoot I am doing this weekend.

Thank you to everyone. The nest was made from a balloon. I used white glue watered down and glued white paper towels to the balloon. The nest is 2 - 24" grapevine wreaths stacked one on the other. The baby was 9 days old. She slept most of the time, waking up once, eating and then going back to sleep.
