this totally rocks!

Great idea.

Stef, this is so neat! You always have such great ideas!<img border='0' src='/graphics/mbicons/smilies_v2/thumbup.gif'>Guess that's why you're a designer, huh? Such detail -<img border='0' src='/graphics/mbicons/smilies_v2/smile.gif'>

Uh, way to go to make everybody else feel inadequate!!! *lol* This is just fabulous, Stef. I love the concept (and yes, I can see why finding this item from your collection was imperative!), and you've executed it perfectly. And, you've really capitalized on the 2Peas slideshow function!! Just an awesome digital creation--another masterpiece!

I'll echo everyone else when I say--UNBELIEVEABLE! What a clever way to present an album. What's really funny is that my Mom gave me that exact same viewmaster that you have in the LO, and I later got a &quot;fancy&quot; one that had batteries, lit up inside, and made my Disney discs look kind of 3D. So cool--and thank you for the walk down Memory Lane!

Some of you younger scrappers may not know what a Viewmaster is, but way back when, this was the coolest ‘toy’ around… you could insert a little multi-picture disk, look through the eyeholes, and see marvelous, 3D pictures. Of course, my take isn't exactly how they were set up- there were 14 pictures, or actually, 2 sets of 7. When I figure out how to create a 3D effect like that I'll post it! The Viewmaster is from my collection, photos are from our trip to New England & Canada. Hope the pics aren't too tiny to see! I used the eyedropper to capture the exact color of a faded Viwmaster disc, I created a slight gradient from 2 eyedropper captures, but they are so subtle, you probably can't see the difference.
