Project - School Theme: fLat DaRiAn by LynnGhahary posted 08/15/11 Galleries: Scrapbooking My son Darian participated in the Flat Stanley project in school this past year. It was so much fun for him to receive postcards from around the United States from friends and family as "Flat Darian" made his way across the country. I took some pictures of Darian with his "flat" self and created this layout to document his fun adventures. I collected all of the postcards Darian received througout the school year and tucked them into one of the pockets from K&Co's Smash collection. I paired the pocket and photos with some brightly colored papers from Echo Park and Bella Blvd, along with some travel themed stickers and embellishments from October Afternoon and Basic Grey. I have to say those alphabet stickers from Bella Blvd are one of my new favorites - I just love the fun and funky font! Thanks so much for looking! :) |
