This looks wonderful. It is so important for us to get out from behind our cameras and get photos taken of us. I love this layout, great work :)
That big heart made of tiny hearts is probably the most fabulous thing I've ever seen on a page!!! This is 100% perfection!
Love this layout, Lynn! :) I'd love the way how you used your die-cutting machine to make the Big heart and your punch hearts to form the heart. Simply AMAZING!! :)
AAAWWWW! So pretty
Project - Valentine Theme: LOVE you
It is a rare occasion that my sweet husband and I are in photos together. Mostly because I'm the one who's always doing the picture taking! So at a family photo shoot this past fall I asked our photographer to snap a few shots of just my hubby and I, and I am so happy that I did! While these photos were not taken on Valentine's Day they definitely fit in with the theme as they are a true reflection of the love I have for my husband.
Most of the products on this layout are from the With Love collection by Pebbles. I love the combination of kraft with the traditional pinks and reds of Valentine's Day. I added some blue in there to spice things up a bit and it really helped my title and journaling block stand out from the rest of my layout.
You'll notice the main embellishment on my page is a large heart made up of lots of tiny punched hearts. I was inspired by one of the patterns of the papers in this collection and decided to recreate it with this large embellishment. To achieve this look I simply die cut a large heart using my silhouette and lightly adhered the negative (or the surrounding paper) to my layout. I then punched out lots and lots of tiny hearts and filled the negative space with them. Once I was done I carefully peeled away the die cut and voila! My heart filled heart was complete! Thanks for looking! :)
