Galleries: Scrapbooking

This is an album I put together to document my first pregnancy; you can see Part 2 here [twopeasinabucket.com]. My favorite scrapbook project to tackle is a themed album, and with it being my first pregnancy, I couldn't resist doing an entire book! (For any future pregnancies I'll probably do just a few spreads). It was so much fun to put together and especially kept me distracted and busy in the final weeks before waiting for Savannah's arrival.

I finally finished it just recently and was pleased the timing went well with the milestones theme we're focusing on this month at Two Peas. Starting today I'm blogging a guide for how one might approach a book like this, including how I made a plan for this album, prepared my photos, and selected supplies. You can view the first post here [twopeasinabucket.typepad.com].

So much of the product I used is older, but I've made a shopping list of items that I would recommend if I were to start making the album now to create a similar look if you are interested. You can browse that list here [twopeasinabucket.com]. The older product that we do still have in stock I've related below.

Thanks so much for looking!

EDITED TO ADD: I'm sharing the Photoshop template I used for the weekly photos and captions, as well as the circle label template I created to make my own labels. Feel free to download them and use them in your Photoshop program! Check out the Two Peas blog today to see my video tutorial on the hybrid techniques used here including how I edited my photos, used this digital template and created the circle labels.
