Project - Craftysuz Start of the Crafting Craze by craftysuz posted 04/03/09 at 11:55 AM Galleries: Scrapbooking For last weeks Flashback Friday Challenge.... topic was something I did as a child. My favorite thing to do was crafts. I remember getting this purse/jewelry maker at age 7 for Christmas. Until then I was always coloring, painting, making things with play doh... I'm not good at drawing so this really opened up a new world of possiblitiles yet still allowed me to be artistic. It was funny to find the box & molds still in my parent's basement but no sign of the not so sturdy creation or photos of my with it..... TFL & sorry I was so late in posting |

Wonderful LO, Suz, and what a great way to document the start of your amazing talent. I love that you still had some of the memorabilia even if you didn't have the actual purse you created. I just love the bold splashes of blue too and such a wonderful page design.

So, you have always been crafty. I have not! I hated art and anything to do with art. What a great page, Suzy. I love your vintage Ads on here and the overall color scheme. As always, I enjoyed reading your journaling too. It's so fun learning more and more about you every week. Great job, girl!

Wow, SuZ, this is a fabulous layout. I love the sentiment behind it and the journaling explanation of your love of crafting. Beautiful colors and so beautifully scrapped. Very classy layout!

What a fun subject for this challenge Suzy, and I love that you used your P-name as your title. This is a fantastic design showing off your true crafty self! I too have always been crafty trying everything from knitting to ceramics, but sadly have nothing saved except one teenage scrapbook, which is in really bad shape.

What a fun page!! I could never draw either so I can totally relate to finding other things to be crafty with. I like how you have your Peaname in the title.
