Oh my gosh, this is cute too! That really is cool how you used the border punch! love the colors and prints on this, and of course the sparkle! Too cute!
Love this card! I really like you idea of how you used the Fiskar border punch--that is so clever!! And it looks cool! Love the whole card!

Project - Brrr... penguin card by lovepug2 posted 01/14/13 at 03:43 PM Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking Here's another card I made using the Fiskars Warm Winter wishes stamp set. I stamped the snowflakes onto the white card base with Versamark chalk and pearlescent pigment inks. I also stamped them onto the red cs strip and used a fiskars border punch along the edge of that as well as on the red and white striped paper. I added punched snowflakes using various flake punches from Fiskars, recollections and Martha Stewart. I added the penguin that I colored with Spectrum Noir markers to the strip. I added some blue stickles to his earmuffs. To finish the card off I added some blue and white polka dot washi tape from Martha Stewart. The inside of the card has a large snowflake diecut(used my cricut for this and stamped a warm winter wishes sentiment in the middle. I forgot to get a pic of this! I plan on adding this to my stash of Christmas cards to use this year. TFL :) |
