So fun! I love all the fibers you used and I think it goes great with the kraft CS!
TFS!
Your card has such an earthy feel to it. Love the "bling" on the center flower. The use of the kraft paper was a good idea.
Lovely card. Lots of fibers make it fun and add lots of texture.
Great use of fibers on your card. Your yarn wrap, and burlap flower are a fantastic focal point. Love the stamping with white ink on the kraft paper. Love the touches of bling
Love your focal element. It would make a nice headband or broach. : )
Beautiful combination of fibers!

Project - WF'13 Fiber challenge card by lovepug2 posted 02/15/13 at 05:21 PM Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking For this card I started with a kraft cardbase. I wrapped white twine around the card several times. I tied a knot in the middle of the twine bundle. Next I added some green yarn to the card the same way. I used masking tape on the back of the card to secure the fibers so they stay snug. Next I stamped white flowers onto the base in Colorbox ink in frost white. Stamped a large flower stamp onto kraft with the same ink. I used liquid pearls and scribbles 3d paint to accent spots on the flower. Let that dry and cut it out. I adhered it to a piece of burlap that I colored with paints and distress inks. |
