Thanks so much! The white doily on the cover is a vintage plastic one, coaster size. I still want to put something in the ctr. of it but Haven't found the perfect thing yet. It may just stay like that.

Where did you get the intertwined white circles on the front? It is so unique. I can think of a thousands layouts it could go on. TIA
