I started with solid color cardstock, then sprayed with Mister Huey's white. I placed down my photo then worked around it, adding a journaling card, buttons and paper strips to balance the page. I cut the flags from Studio Calico fabric strips and added gold brads to the ends to give a banner effect. This page was a lot of fun to make!
