Project - My layout display board by Laura_J posted 10/05/10 at 07:53 PM Galleries: Scraprooms I created this board to display layouts in my scraproom. I had a large, empty space above a heater that I couldn't do shelving in front of, so it was the perfect place to create a display of this type. I bought a 4 ft x 4 ft piece of plywood and painted it with magnetic paint…it took a lot of coats to get it where it was strong enough to hold well. Then I did a cover coat of white to make it look nice. I created the framing using molding that I painted white. Layouts are hung up in page protectors that have magnet strips on the back. I love my display board! |
