Now that is one major cutie! I love the catchlights and the composition. I actually kinda like the croc in the background - seems natural. You really did a wonderful job!
Love his relaxed pose and charming smile. The light looks sweet here and the catchlights are awesome. You did a great job with the post processing too. The croc thing sounds just like my son- at least it's out of focus so his blue eyes steal the show!
Thanks to all who took the time to comment. <img border='0' src='/graphics/mbicons/smilies_v2/smile.gif'>
You captured some great catchlights in his eyes and did well with the focus & lighting.
I did find that my eye went straight to the croc but then his lovely smiling face drew me in and kept me there.
I think you did well with your pp.!!
I think you did a great job! I like your pp'ing and the crop....and I don't mind the croc so much either. I think you could go either way with it. He is so handsome and sweet looking...you got some nice catchlights!
Such a handsome young man!! You did great with your edit. I see the warmth of your SOOC but you fixed it nicely.

Here's what I came up with. Settings are on my SOOC shot. I also included a shot of where I took the photo. My WB woes continue. I used the cloudy preset and the photo looked way too warm for me. I tried to cool it down some, but I'd like input on how you think I did. Also, I know the red croc'ed foot sticking up is distracting, but that's what was making him smile. I'd say put your foot down, and he'd try to get it up in time for me to snap the photo. What are you going to do, right? lol
