Well, I DID recently get a Bind-It-All and I'll be using this idea! I'm doing a bigger cookbook with everything in it.

Now after seeing yours, I'm going to make some cards and laminate them and make a book like yours for the most used recipes! Thank you for the idea! AND you did a great job!

This is a project I made as the guest designer for January 2010 at Everything Scrappin'.

I don't know about you, but all of my family's favorite recipes come from all different cook books. I can never remember which recipe can be found where. I wanted to make a book that held all of our family favorites so that they could be found quickly and easily. Here is the recipe book I made: This is the first minibook-type project I've made. I definately wish I had a Bind-it-all for this one!! What I did was take apart an old note pad that had a spiral, punch my holes in my index cards (which I laminated) with my Crop-a-dile, and thread onto the hand-me-down wire spiral.

I added a description or history of the recipe on the other side of the page.
