Project - Thankful Theme | So Thankful . . . . by amyheller posted 11/12/12 Galleries: Scrapbooking for Crazy Boys & Plastic Cups! Being 3,000 miles from our families on Thanksgiving is often quite lonely, especially when the our kids are still so young. Last Thanksgiving however, was our most fun one yet. Our youngest was five and really starting to become helpful and involved in our holiday. So while we were without extended family, we had a ball just being a family, filled with laughs - especially from my two crazy boys. We even *fancied* up our holiday with plastic wine glasses to make the occasion feel that much more special, and it was great. I couldn't have asked for anything more. :) I used a mixture of products from Basic Grey's new Serenade collection along with Lily Bee's Autumn Spice and Crate Paper's Acorn Avenue for a very eclectic mix of pattern and texture for my Thanksgiving story.
