I love this page, the coloring in the photos, and the way you've clipped that pattern to the HA swirls. Lovely! And I want to wear a tutu now!

This is the layout I create for one of my weekly digital challenges (to use selective coloring.)

There are a ton of ways to accomplish different forms of selective coloring but the most basic is to simply duplicate your photo layer, change the top layer to black and white and then use a soft round brush to erase the portions of black and white to allow the color to show through from the lower layer.
