This is awesome! I am considering this idea. I like for things to be out of sight since my room is not a just a scrap room but an office and guest room. This looks cool!!

I like the idea of taking the ribbon off the spool.

Great idea! I may have to take the embroidery floss out of mine and stick my ribbon in there till I buy some new ones. <img border='0' src='/images/icons/tongue.gif'>

I store my ribbons in floss storage containers . I take the ribbons off their spools, wind them around my finger and stick them in the divided containers. The containers are relatively inexpensive , are stackable, and I can see what's inside . HTH Sharron
