Let me confess by saying I'm not much of a cook so needless to say this album does NOT have recipes on it, but this album could easily be a great kitchen tool for those of you that do enjoy cooking. For me, I chose to document my family's love of laughter. I gathered several photos that make me laugh or evoke memories of laughter, and then I added every other page of journaling about those photos.
I used an 8x8 pattern paper tablet, but it's just short of being long enough for this album so I traced gray tabs for each page. I quite like the drama that it created. :) I added lots of googly eyes to the monster stickers and to the title page. They are so cute and make me laugh.
Items that are machine stitched are stitched before adding them to the chipboard. You can stitch through chipboard but then the bottom piece shows the bottom stitching which isn't very pretty. So I always plan ahead before adding stitching to chipboard pieces. :)
The supplies I used for this album are included below!
(NOTE: the acrylic frame has a clear plastic covering on both sides so remove this before starting your album.)
