Project - Home (Using Copic Markers & Stamps) by JenGallacher posted 02/20/12 Galleries: Scrapbooking I wanted to try something a little different with the Hero Arts house stamp. I didn't feel like coloring in the entire image with my Copic Markers so instead I stamped the image on yellow patterned paper. Then I stamped it again on the grid patterned paper. I used my Copics to color in the roof, windows, door, and chimney top and then cut out those pieces to glue onto the yellow image. This was MUCH quicker than coloring everything. I used stamps sentiments to create banners below the house which I hand cut. Using black and white photos helps the colors pop just a bit more. The stamp sentiments drove the feeling and emotion of this page, and I added the journaling based on how I was feeling as I created this layout. |
