Love the colors you used.
I use to sing the song, "You Are My Sunshine", to my boys while I rocked them to sleep. A long time ago.
Wonderful page! Great details and design.
Gorgeous!

Project - Who Knew Life Could Be This Good by JenGallacher posted 12/24/12 Galleries: Scrapbooking I wanted something bright and happy for this layout so I started shopping my stash for anything that was orange, green, yellow, and teal. I found that I had a lot of elements in these colors. As I sorted through the things I had pulled, I only used items that worked with this “everyday” themed layout. In the pocket I tucked tickets from Little Yellow Bicycle, and a tag from American Crafts. I added a blue label sticker from Simple Stories on the front of the pocket. I printed the journaling on white cardstock and machine stitched around the perimeter with green stitching ink. I placed the photo inside a Heidi Swapp polaroid frame and added some stamped and die cut hearts (using the Hero Arts Frame Cuts tools). The hearts are kraft stickers, which I stamped and then added to the layout with adhesive foam dots. I cut the title with my Silhouette machine but dressed it up by stamping a background stamp on the cut before adding it to my page. What I ended up with is a bright, happy page about my son's adventure blowing bubbles one warm afternoon. |
