Great job! I love the hearts. The fading effect makes it look so unique.
Great idea to use your punch for a stencil. I may have to steal that idea as I do not own any stencils!
Pretty card and great fit for the multiple challenges.
I love that you used a border punch to make a stencil! I may just have to try that…. And the punch of glitter on that heart is perfect, this is such a sweet card!
What a great idea to use a punch stencil. I wouldn't have thought of that. Your embellishments are terrific.
Great card! I love that you used your punch for a stencil. The image is very cute and your embellishments work great together. TFS :-)

I made this card for the Stencil Me In, Embellish This, and Get Glitzy challenges.
I used a large edge punch to make a stencil ( picture 3) and used red acrylic paint with a sponge dabber to do the actual stencilling, applying it more heavily at one side and fading it out towards the other. this formed a background for the card. (picture 4)
I stamped the dog and bird image with Memento ink, coloured it with Copics and used a glue pen and loose red glitter to glitter up the two hearts (picture 2 shows a bit more glitter detail), inked the edges with bright magenta pink ink, and matted on a piece of red card stock.
Then I added three fabric flowers and topped them with tiny white pearls. I wrapped a ribbon around the whole piece and added a jeweled heart paper clip with a stamped sentiment, then mounted the whole thing on a pink and red patterned card base.
Thanks for looking.
