I like all of them in B/W except the last one. In my personal opinion, there's not enough contrast in that one for a oomphy B/W. The other ones are simply fabulous, though! Great job!
I missed the part about the series. In that case, BW would work better together. Separately I'd do color.
I vote for b/w....think Ansel Adams. Nice shots!!! Love the mossy tree and foggy lake the best!
Maybe I might be wrong, but I am going to have to say black and white.. if they were all of the same scene then I would definately say color, but since they are not, I think it will just look odd all grouped in a frame. I think the black and white gives it that artistic look to it. Also, did you try sepia tone? Just a thought..

You don't think framed in a series it would look funny in colour as two have strong colour and two have very little colour?

ETA I upped the saturation in the water fall and snow pics, and that brought out some greens and browns in those two.
