I made this Statement Necklace using the CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. I stamped white cardstock with Damask Tiles (retired) stamp set from Close To My Heart and added some CTMH Lagoon & Black Cardstock to create this fun, blingy paper statement necklace.
