Thank you! They are just glitter strips, used for quilling actually, except they are much thicker. I live in India and got them in my local store. I'm not sure if you get them in US. HTH! :)

Love the glitter strips! Are they PP or washi tape or something?

This card can just be used for anything. Be it for birthday, thank you, sorry, get well soon, anything!
I cut a heart shape on a cream card stock and mounted it on the front of the card.the glitter strips are stuck down on the card front itself.
