Love how you used the chevron stamp as the panels and the circles are a fantastic addition Michele! Thank you so much for joining my sketch at Chick Challenges! Jen

Galleries: Stamping, Cardmaking

I made this card with 2 challenges in mind:
The Paper Girls have a picture inspiration challenge found here: http://thepapergirlschallenge.blogspot.com/2012/10/challenge-18-picture-inspiration.html [thepapergirlschallenge.blogspot.com]

And the Ippity Chick Challenge sketch found here: http://www.chickchallengeswithippity.blogspot.com/2012/10/sketch-challenge-47.html [chickchallengeswithippity.blogspot.com]

I punched out circles from several patterned papers to follow along the color scheme in the PGCB challenge. I then stamped a Unity chevron stamp (from one of the SMAK kits) 3 times onto glossy white cardstock with Memento tuxedo black ink, following the Chick Challenge sketch. I also used the same chevron stamp on a couple of the punched circles. I placed the circles randomly around the white cardstock, and popped up the cardstock with foam squares on a sheet of Cosmo Cricket patterned paper.

Sentiment stamp is from Unity's ‘Bevy of Butterflies’. To make the sentiment stand out, I stamped it on a punched scallopped circle, and popped this up over a back circle.

TFL.
