Project - Tear Challenge and CHA12 #2 Fall Challenge

I love the weaving and banner! Wonderful card!

Lots of nice elements of this card. My favorite is the hand drawn banner 'rope'. It works great and those dimensional flags are an awesome idea. TFS

Full marks on all the torn paper work--weaving, fussy & shape tearing!

Love the stamped/embossed image! Copper is my fave metal!

I really like this. the woven part looks really good and I also love that cute little banner and single football. I agree the overlapped stamped image is a good idea!

That weaving is fantastic. You did a fantastic job tearing all the different elements on this card. And such a great idea stamping the image partially on your blanket and embossing. Your gamble really paid off.

I love the weaving and how the embossing overlaps it - I wouldn't of thought that could look so good! Great job! Also like the banners, with their wrinkles, and the colour scheme is nice.

Galleries: Cardmaking

This is my entry for Daniel's (looser) Tear Challenge and CHA12 #2 Fall Challenge.

Everything on this card is torn except for the base of the card. This card is a representation of one aspect of fall: sports (especially football), games, banners, blankets, leaves, and wind.

I tore all the strips and “wove” my blanket in the left corner. :) Then I stamped with Versamark over the background and blanket and then used copper colored embossing powder. I adhered the strips and banners with adhesive, giving the banners a wrinkle to give them a 3D effect. I then drew in the rope lines with Sakura white gel pen and stamped the sentiment with colorbox white chalk ink.

Fun card to make!
