I love this tag! The distress rock candy paint gave it such a neat texture! The distressing on the tag with the pops of red and pink works so well together! Thanks for the tag and participating in the swap :-)
What a terrific tag! I like all the neat stuff you did & the tag shape is very interesting--looks like a rectangle that's been stretched.
I really like the background! Nice distressing with the text--really neat! The crackle looks like glitter on my computer screen, but still looks neat.
Pretty ribbon too!
TFS! good job too!

This is for the February Tag Swap. Using frayed burlap distressed ink,I stamped a background phrase from one of my Tim Holtz stamp sets. I then stained the tag with spun sugar distress stain and then blended it with fired brick, frayed burlap, and walnut distressed inks. I used stamps from Lawn Fawn's “You've Got Mail” and Technique Tuesday's “Be Mine”. I stamped the mailbox and colored it using copics. I stamped the hearts and postage stamps onto pink paper. I used pop dots to adhere a few of the stamped images. I stamped the sentiment onto the ticket stub and then distressed it with walnut distressed ink and attached it to the ribbon using a pop dot. I covered everything on the tag with distress crackle paint rock candy except for the ticket stub and ribbon.
