Project - First Love by tenacious *e* posted 05/08/03 at 04:16 AM Galleries: Scrapbooking not sure how i feel about this one yet….the colors are really much nicer IRL, not quite so bright. here is the journaling about me and my first nephew, joey::: yup, it’s true. Before there was Greg, and before Gabe, there was Joey, my first true love. Being the youngest in a family of 2 kids, and other family living so far away, Joey was the very first baby in my life. Although I didn’t get to meet him until he was 7 months old, I was immediately smitten. Here was this amazing little person with personality to spare, and he was MY nephew. He really changed my life. I had such fun teaching him how to drink out of a straw, singing silly songs with him, and I didn’t even mind the time I babysat and had to change 7 dirty diapers in 3 hours! He was my bud. Almost 9 years later and Joey is still an amazing kid, and even though others have joined him in that special place in my heart, he will always be my first (but not only) true love. |
