<p>&nbsp;If I only made one layout a year, this would be the one I'd want to do. Just a quick review of some of our favorite moments or activities for the year. It's a fun way to pack a year full of memories into just one layout.</p>
<p>I used the digital Month by Month Photo Edges kit to show a photo from each month in 2009. I started by opening twelve 4x6 photos and placing them on two 12x12 pages. I added the photo edges on top of them and then selected all the layers and resized them together so that they fit in the middle of the two page layout with a large white border around the outside so that all the colors didn't feel like they were fighting each other so much.</p>
<p>On a layer that was above the photos but under the photo frames, I used a &quot;paint&quot; brush from the Matted kit to brush some white paint so that the months on the photo edge frames would show up a little better.</p>
<p>The products I used on this layout are:</p>
<ul>
<li>background paper - Basic Backgrounds</li>
<li>chipboard &quot;2009&quot; numbers, stitches and hanging heart tag - French Kiss Kit</li>
<li>font - AL Modern Type</li>
<li>brush used behind months - Matted Kit</li>
<li>photo edge frames - Month by Month Photo Edges</li>
<li>tab - Note To Self - v.4</li>
