Project - Themed Projects: 4x6 Advice Album by e-scrapper posted 09/01/07 Galleries: Scrapbooking <br><br>These are just some photos that I liked, paired up with ‘mom’ advice for my kiddo, and then adhered them to the pages of a 7Gypsies ZigZag Book—I printed out the striped paper onto a single piece of 8.5x11 paper (using everyday matte photo paper—feels like really smooth cardstock), and adhered it to the covers.. then I took the oval bookclip, added the title piece, tied a bow on it, and adhered to the front cover.. :-) <p> ..of course, you can also choose to slip the photo-layouts into the sleeves of a small 4x6 photo album <i>(see the last 3 images)</i>—can't make it any simpler than that.. ;-)<p> I can't tell you how easy this was.. literally just insert your photo onto one of the album ‘layouts’, drag it under & resize/position it (crop/edit if necessary) so that it shows through the photo ‘window’, add journaling & other touches if desired, and *voila*… save as a hi-res jpeg, and print out or upload to a printing service!<p> <i>• Extra items found on the title page are from the Going Buggy kit (flowers & alpha), and 2Peas Evergreen font for all of the text.. ..everything else (with the exception of the physical items) is a part of the pre-made mini-album pages—all of the pages can also be used in vertical format</i>.. :-)<br><br><br> <b><u>Supplies:</u></b><br> Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006<br> Basic Grey Jumbo Black Bookclips<br> 7Gypsies ZigZag Book Kit<br> Going Buggy 4x6 Mini-Album<br> Going Buggy Kit<br> 2Peas Evergreen Font (on title page)<br> 2Peas Old Type Font (on cover)<br> 2Peas Dear Diary Font (on cover)<br> grosgrain ribbon<br> adhesive<br> <i>(textured white paper on title page photo is not from a kit)</i><br><br> |
