Oh, I LOVE this!!!!!!

Cool idea! I wish I'd done something like that... I think I may do it anyway, even though she's older now

No way this was a cop out- it was pure genius and a little bit of luck (to have something this great already done when you needed it, I mean)!

I wish I'd have thought to do this- this is so cool. I love the way you matted and framed them and added the names. I bet no one can look at them without commenting. These are treasures.

Sweet idea - very nice!

They are all beautiful BUT my "fav" is the one with the baby's feet and says Perfect Ten. That is just breathtaking. with the l/o's you submitted I can't think of any reason what so ever that you would be turned down with that type of excellent work you do. Good Luck

i lOVE THEM! Wish I would have done this with my dd. What a great idea to use crayola- much cheaper than those kits and prettier too

Assignment G, HOF 2006 “Memory Keepsake”

I think this was kind of a cop-out on my part - I ran out of time and didn't have any great ideas for either of the other assignments I hadn't done yet, and this was already hanging on my wall. Not sure if it's what they were looking for though.

Supplies Used: Model Magic by Crayola, chalk, NRN patterned paper, Doodlebug
letter stickers, frames from WalMart

Technique: When each of my kids was a few weeks old, I pressed their little hands
and feet into Crayola Model Magic. Once dry, I dusted them with pink or blue chalk
to help the impression stand out. I mounted patterned paper into the shadow box,
added the prints & decorated mat with letter stickers.
