Project - Themed Projects : Q&A - joy @ 32
Journaling is our theme for this month. At first I had planned on doing a layout with heartfelt journaling. I changed my mind when I found a set of Kelly Panacci Q&A strip stickers (manufactured by SandyLion) in my stash of supplies. I wanted to show that using a Q&A format style of journaling on your layouts or any project for that matter, can provide meaningful and sentimental documentation.

I created a little mini-book that has no photographs using Creative Cafe die cuts, sticker strips and a black pen. All I did was adhere the questions onto the die cuts, wrote my answers with my own handwriting, punched holes in the top right corners of the die cuts and then bound them together with black binding rings.

A few ideas on changing up this project up is to interview a family member such as a grandparent and to document their answers. Add small photos of the interviewee(s) for a special touch. Other companies also offer products with journaling prompts. For example, KI Memories sells journaling cardstock stickers called “Taglines” where you fill in the blanks for your own personalized journaling.

Thanks for looking! -Joy
