I created this using the JBS Mercantile March kit/Magpie line. The border at the bottom of the card incorporates the “ribbon” pieces from the JBS/Fiskars “Blue Ribbon” stamp. I used the “Jester” punch as a border as well – it reminds me of candles. :)
