This is Wonderful! :)
Wow, that is so awesome and fun! Love how much thought the seniors put into pranking your classroom, especially love "summer is coming." So great to capture this - I would have been surprised and excited too. Beautiful job with the layout. Now, I must get me some of those arrow sticky notes. :)
wonderful page and story!!!
Love this, especially the journaling on the arrows ~ genius!! My daughter's senior class prank this year was pouring birdseed around the cars of select members of the administration and faculty. Everyone took it pretty well.
Project - Pranked!
by Jill Sprott
At the end of every school year, the seniors plan a school-wide prank. For instance, one year, they filled the principal's office with balloons. Last year, they filled cups and placed them on the stairs, so that no one could walk on them. This year, they made the entire campus look as if there had been a wild party there the night before. Along with the school-wide prank, each year, a few teachers are targeted specifically. A common target is the teacher's door. For instance, one of the male teachers, who is getting married, had his door plastered with magazine photos of bridal dresses. This year, I was one of the lucky ones, and I am still grinning whenever I think of what the seniors did to my classroom door.
The Kikkerland arrow sticky notes are doing double duty here. They don't just include my journaling, but they also call attention to my awesome classroom door and “House Sprott” sigil. I also had a wee bit of messy fun on this page, using mists, paint, and watercolor pencils to “funk up” the papers.
Thanks for looking!
