I made this set of tags with Kenner Road's Love and Adoration Scraps printable kit. The tag bases are Avery shipping tags. I also used some embellishments from Martha Stewart Crafts (felt hearts, gems, doily, glitter stickers) and sentiment stamps from Practicing Creativity's Key to My Heart stamp set.
