I found while you are learning DOF, it was easier for me to notice if I used a few objects. (Like a few cans lined up behind each other. Or some &quot;little people or toys&quot; if you have children. To me it may be easier to notice the DOF that you are working on. Just a thought...good luck w/your rebel.
