I was inspired by Heather Ann's and DrJoes submitted layouts, which worked out perfect for all of the pictures. Thanks girls!! Brazzill cardstock. Rainbowworld plaid paper. Kitchen words came in a kit from Wal-mart (I used coffee grounds to age). Cookies are from minature christmas ornaments. TFL!!
Journaling Reads: We started the evening simply wanting to bake a package of slice and bake M$M cookies, but then you and Morgan found the huge box of assorted cookie cutters that I recieved as a christmas gift last year. We then decided to try to make some homemade sugar cookies. We mixed all of the ingredients together one by one. Each of you contributed to the process by stirring, mixing, and adding. Once you saw that you could put flour on the counter, in order for the dough not stick, it was then that the cooking making adventure began. The cookies became the last thing on either of your minds. The flour then became snow, a ghostly face, or a tasty treat. I must admit that baking is one skill that I will not be able to help you much with. The cookies failed to rise (Who knew that baking soda was such a vital ingredient?) Maybe Morgan will be able to help you out in this area later on in life. At any rate, the evengin was great and I am still finding hidden flour filled areas.
