It's that time of year again. So what are you planning on changing in your life this year? For me it's the same list as it's been for years: family, finances, health, and happiness.

While you can approach journaling as a list, or a paragraph, try something different for an entirely new approach. For this layout I stitched white bags onto the cardstock. Then I filled them with photos, tags, flag die cuts, and words that symbolize my goals this year. This works well for goals that might be more personal or private. Give it a shot!
